About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead requirements engineering processes in complex software projects.
Elicit, analyze, document, refine and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Produce comprehensive specifications using advanced SDD (Spec/Software Driven Development) practices.
Develop robust documentation for systems, integrations, products and corporate processes.
Create and maintain artifacts such as UML, BPMN, ER models (MER) and software policies.
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance and software quality standards.
Act as a strategic bridge between business, product, development, architecture, QA and stakeholders.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies and discovery processes.
Define organizational frameworks for documentation and requirements management.
Support solution architecture with a systemic and process-oriented perspective.
Review and validate technical policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase the maturity of analysis and specification.
Use AI to drive productivity gains, documentation and analytical automation.
Serve as an internal technical reference for requirements engineering.
