Digital Marketing Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Orchestrate the customer journey and ensure brand consistency across multiple channels
- Plan and organize the monthly promotional calendar for the e-commerce site
- Support the creation of offers and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure consistency between media, website, and communications
- Create and coordinate briefs for design and content
- Align visual identity and strategy for each promotional action
- Coordinate and monitor email marketing sends
- Set up automation flows and audience/database segmentation
- Work closely with the paid traffic team (Meta and Google)
- Ensure alignment between investment and performance
- KPI analysis
- Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, ROI, ROAS, average order value)
- Generate reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with the commercial and product teams
- Connect marketing strategies to sales targets
- Develop influencer and UGC strategies
- Manage social media
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reside within 80 km of Pomerode, SC (Brazil)
- Balance between creativity and a focus on analytical results
- Preferred experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally in retail or luxury segments
- Strong skills in planning and executing promotional and seasonal campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools, and email marketing automation platforms
- Ability to interpret data and strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to translate strategies into clear briefs for designers and copywriters
- Previous experience with specific e-commerce platforms and advanced automation tools is a plus
