About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing resumes, headhunting, job postings, interviews, administering tests, and providing assessments)
- Manage all stages of the selection process independently and remotely
Requirements
- Must have experience in recruitment and selection
- Reside in Blumenau or the surrounding area
- Own laptop
- Availability to work during business hours
- Advantage: currently studying for or holding a degree in Human Resources or Psychology
