About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for various positions.
  • Manage recruiting activities from sourcing through the offer stage while partnering with hiring managers.
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification discussions.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support hiring needs.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience while promoting the company's employer brand.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across a variety of functions and levels.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
