About the role
- Lead project teams
- Take responsibility for complex TGA (technical building services) projects
- Specify products and systems for technical system planners
- Implement planning for new build and refurbishment projects in service phases 1–7 in accordance with HOAI
- Size, calculate and draft building services systems and installations in line with HOAI
- Maintain legally compliant project documentation for all contract-relevant matters
- Actively participate in internal and external planning meetings
- Proactively communicate with clients and principals about project developments
- Conduct product research and provide technical advice
- Manage and control projects, including schedule and budget management
- Negotiate and manage contracts
Requirements
- University degree in building services engineering, industrial engineering, or a technician/master craftsman qualification with a planning background
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in TGA (technical building services)
- Knowledge of Revit desirable
- High interpersonal skills and tactful approach
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
- Strategic mindset
- Solid knowledge of contract management and negotiation skills
- Commitment and a hands-on approach
