About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Solutions Architect provides direction and advice through the project life cycle from sales concept to implementation support
  • Contributes to complex engagements and works directly with clients to develop designs, budgets, and manage expectations
  • Conceptualizes system designs and determines system requirements
  • Provides technical expertise to support base building tasks and planning of audio, video, and control solutions
  • Monitors development of projects and generates functional system descriptions
  • Researches and recommends technology options
  • Contributes technical expertise for creation of construction drawing packages
  • Monitors project testing, commissioning, and configuration activities
  • Supports projects and teams in the build phase

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office 365
  • 15+ years’ experience in Digital Signage/Experiential and Workplace Conference Solutions
  • Deep experience in designing and architecting enterprise digital signage, experiential technology, and workplace collaboration solutions across corporate, higher education, retail, sports/entertainment, and healthcare environments
  • Proven background leading solution strategy for large-scale AV/IT programs
  • Advanced knowledge of workplace conference solutions, including UC platforms, room standards, audio DSP, microphones, cameras, control systems
  • Strong pre-sales experience supporting account teams
  • Comfortable serving as a technical advisor and escalation point during various phases
  • Experience architecting digital signage and digital experience ecosystems
  • Understanding of immersive and experiential technology environments
  • CTS Certification preferred
  • Understanding of TCP/IP routing, ACL’s, QoS, VLAN’s and Wireless Access Points
  • Proven ability to lead high profile client interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
