About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with general contractors, construction managers, developers, architects, and consultants.
Conduct regular business reviews with key contractor partners.
Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and increase project pipeline.
In collaboration with legal services, negotiate Master Service Agreements and ensure compliance with terms, conditions and contract requirements.
Generate new project opportunities through contractor relationships.
Position the company as the preferred AV and media technology partner on construction projects.
Attend industry networking events, contractor meetings, and trade associations.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue upcoming projects.
Track contractor partner performance metrics.
Maintain accurate CRM and project pipeline records.
Develop best practices for contractor engagement and project handoff processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery functions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in AV integration, construction project management, channel partnerships, or contractor relationship management.
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project lifecycles.
Experience working with:
Corporate AV systems
Unified communications platforms
Digital signage
Broadcast/media systems
Structured cabling infrastructure
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Communications Technology, or related field preferred.
