About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for AI / GPU-enabled capabilities across CoreSuite and MOSA.ic AI.
Translate market needs, customer requirements, and competitive landscape into clear product strategy and priorities.
Drive alignment between product, architecture, and go-to-market teams.
Engage directly with customers and partners to understand use cases, pain points, and deployment challenges.
Partner closely with engineering and architecture to shape product capabilities and trade-offs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in product management, systems architecture, or a related technical leadership role
Strong background in embedded systems, real-time operating systems, AI / GPU/accelerated computing, or similar domains
Experience in safety-critical or regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, automotive etc.
Proven experience driving product strategy and roadmap for complex, technical products
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customers
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
