About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the technical design and architecture of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions withing the Finance business
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
Provide guidance and expertise on the configuration, customization, and extension of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to meet specific user needs
Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud Financials modules, supporting all phases of the project lifecycle
Guide business process optimization and transformation in the context of Oracle Cloud
Develop solution blueprints, process flows, gap analysis, and technical documentation
Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations
Collaborate with development, integration, and security teams to ensure adherence to architectural designs and standards during the development lifecycle
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and provide timely resolutions
Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations and enhancements
Support cutover, UAT, and production deployment, ensuring business readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years in Oracle ERP experience with 7+ years in Finance
Expertise and consulting field experience across several Oracle Fusion Financial modules, such as:
General Ledger
Payables/Receivables/Fixed Assets
Cash Management & Expenses
Tax Automation & Configuration
Financial Reporting (SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio, Fusion Analytics Warehouse)
Accounting Hub and Subledger Integrations
Demonstrated ability to design scalable, future-ready Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions aligned to industry and Oracle leading practices
Proficiency with relevant Oracle utilities, tools and middleware
Excellent communication, documentation, and client management skills
Comfortable working in the defense industry.
