About the role

Create & improve user experiences, applying creativity and simplicity to new products and features.
Build scalable, maintainable full-stack applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end development as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand workflows, pain points, and area of improvement.
Design thoughtful, user-centric interfaces, many targeted at users with limited technical proficiency.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance aesthetics and usability.
Translate designs into production-ready code—bridging the gap between vision and execution.
Validate designs via usability testing & research, iterating based on feedback and behavioral insights.

6 or more years of proven experience designing and building user interfaces with technology like Figma, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Strong portfolio of UX/UI work, for audiences with both high and low technical literacy.
Empathy to think deeply about user behavior, anticipate needs, and design intuitive workflows for others.
Comfort working in start-up environments where creativity, speed and structure are all required.
Demonstrated ability to connect with users from diverse backgrounds.
Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset—you’re always learning and refining your craft.
Experience working in agile teams and participating in design reviews, code reviews, and collaborative planning.
