About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Ditto's cloud database
Own the data flow story for Ditto Cloud
Define and maintain customer-facing database SLAs
Own the data migration story
Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand workload patterns
Serve as the go-to voice on the customer data layer inside engineering
Collaborate with GTM and field teams to build enablement assets
Define success metrics for database reliability and drive accountability against them

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
7+ years of Product Management experience
Deep technical foundation in SQL and/or NoSQL database systems
Experience defining and shipping production-grade data connectors or integration pipelines
Ability to engage credibly with data engineers and DBAs
Track record of translating ambiguous customer workload patterns into well-reasoned, actionable product requirements
Experience working directly with enterprise customers on complex data integration requirements
Strong communication skills for presenting to both technical and executive audiences
