About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inbound, not outbound : You speak to people who book appointments / reach out
- Advice First : Your default job is to understand needs, explain trade-offs, and recommend what's right
- Closing is part of the job : If the customer should buy, you'll guide them through plan selection and purchase
- No Spam : We don't badger customers into buying
- Time to do it well : Consultations are designed to be thoughtful, not rushed
- Choose Your Path: Team Falcon (Call-first, Deep conversation) or Team Bliss (Chat-first, fast + crisp)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clear, empathetic communication : You can simplify without dumbing down
- Customer instinct + backbone : Helpful, but not a pushover
- Detail orientation : Small errors create big claim problems later
- Comfort with ambiguity : Real customer situations are messy
- English fluency : Other Indian languages are a plus
- Basic tech comfort : Tools, CRM-like workflows
- No Insurance experience required. We'll train you.
