- 2+ years of technical experience with Cursor-on-Target (CoT) message formats and TAK ecosystem tools
- Demonstrated experience with system design for complex, multi-vendor integration environments
- A highly adaptable, problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
