- Architect and maintain the network transport layer connecting software across operational environments
- Integrate and troubleshoot data flows across tactical radio systems
- Implement multi-bridge configurations for heterogeneous network segments
- Act as the first line of defense for network-layer issues
- Translate operational realities into actionable technical requirements for development teams
Requirements
- Must hold an active Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering, tactical communications, or IT infrastructure in military or high-security environments
- 2+ years of technical experience with tactical radio systems and their IP networking capabilities
- Strong proficiency in network fundamentals including subnetting, VLANs, routing, NAT, security policies, and troubleshooting
- Highly adaptable problem-solving mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to bridge operational realities with development teams
