About the role
- Lead, grow, and retain a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
- Set the bar for technical quality and customer engagement
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
- Provide hands-on technical guidance on Ditto integrations
- Own the team's delivery execution
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development
- Establish scalable processes and tooling
- Represent technical requirements of PubSec customers internally
- Navigate government procurement and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of engineering management experience
- Strong software engineering background
- Experience working with or within the Public Sector, Defense, or Federal markets
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to obtain a US security clearance
