Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6+ years of engineering management experience
Strong software engineering background
Experience working with or within the Public Sector, Defense, or Federal markets
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements
Excellent communication skills
Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
Ability to obtain a US security clearance
