- Own the post-sales relationship with key accounts

Requirements

- Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B SaaS or cloud technology environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strategic thinking paired with excellent operational execution
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Problem-solving mindset
- Comfort working with data to track customer health metrics
