- Build and scale end-to-end hiring strategy across all roles

- Ensure high-touch candidate experience while shaping a compelling employer story

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Executive Search
- Proven experience leading executive search end-to-end either from a top search firm or in-house
- Technical recruiting expertise with hands-on experience hiring technical talent
- Experience building or scaling recruiting functions in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with strong judgment in hiring decisions
