Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Executive Search
  • Proven experience leading executive search end-to-end either from a top search firm or in-house
  • Technical recruiting expertise with hands-on experience hiring technical talent
  • Experience building or scaling recruiting functions in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with strong judgment in hiring decisions
