About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure availability and performance across hosting services
Work with senior management to design and support new hosted services
Automate manual work
Enforce compliance standards
Evolve configuration management
Diagnose full-stack problems across network, authentication, SSL, and applications
Own topology documentation
Build and test disaster recovery
Act as technical lead and mentor for the team
Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and an on-call rotation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
7–10 years of relevant experience
Deep Linux, Windows, database, and networking knowledge
Experience with Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
Experience with Docker and container infrastructure
Experience with VMware and cloud infrastructure in a managed service environment
Strong scripting skills
Design-level expertise for SaaS platforms
SOC 2 experience strongly desired
RHCSA/RHCE, MCSA/MCSE, or CCNA certifications strongly desired
Availability for 6:00 PM–3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday
Ability to participate in after-hours maintenance windows and on-call rotation
