About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of hands-on PEO, payroll, or benefits administration experience
  • Solid QA practice, including test case design, defect reporting, and Agile testing
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause instincts
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Nice to have: automation exposure
  • Nice to have: multi-state US payroll tax knowledge
  • Nice to have: open enrollment experience
  • Nice to have: HRIS or HCM platform experience
  • Ability to work 6:00 PM–3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday
