About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own software features end to end across Angular and TypeScript front end, Node.js and Express APIs, and the data layer
Build software for PrismHR, an HR, payroll, and benefits platform
Lead code reviews
Mentor engineers
Work directly with product and QA teams
Modernize a mature payroll engine and integrate it with a modern cloud stack without interrupting pay runs
Maintain full overlap with US teams during the scheduled shift

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience
Hands-on Node.js experience
Real single-page application experience with Angular, React, or Vue
Experience with REST APIs and microservices using Express
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS, Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile
8+ years of total software experience
Nice to have: AWS or Azure
Nice to have: legacy modernization experience
Nice to have: HCM or payroll domain knowledge
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM IST, for full overlap with US teams
Ability to work the first four hours from the Noida office and the remainder from home
