About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the full credentialing lifecycle for providers, including primary source verification, application processing, and re-credentialing.
- Maintain accurate provider records and documentation in credentialing systems.
- Monitor and apply relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards to credentialing processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external organizations to obtain necessary documentation and resolve issues.
- Prepare and submit credentialing materials to payers and credentialing committees as required.
- Track expiration dates for certifications, licenses, and credentials; initiate timely renewals and follow-up.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in medical enrollment or credentialing within a healthcare setting.
