About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize vendor files
- Validate benefit structures, rates, and configurations
- Test, debug, and ensure quality of automated processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of experience administering U.S. benefits with HRIS (e.g., PrismHR or others)
- Fluent English (B2+ or higher)
- Experience in testing, data validation, and QA
- Analytical profile with strong attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Interest in HR technology and continuous improvement
