Manage payroll cycles for an expanding client portfolio, ensuring 100% compliance with federal, provincial, and local Canadian regulations.
Handle complex new-hire imports, timesheet uploads, adjustments, incentives, and voluntary deductions within the HRIS.
Review and calculate accurate pay changes for promotions, new hires, transfers, and final termination payouts.
Resolve payroll discrepancies, process off-cycle manual checks, and generate robust audit reports for clients.

What you’ll need

PCP or PLP certification required.
Fully bilingual — proficient in both French and English.
5+ years of payroll processing experience, including handling multi-provincial Canadian payroll systems.
High attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and logical reasoning to manage tight weekly deadlines under pressure.
