Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct quality evaluations through audits, monitoring, and systematic performance reviews.
Analyze processes, products, and customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Document findings, prepare detailed quality reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
Identify gaps, deviations, and non-compliance with policies, procedures, and quality frameworks.
Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions to enhance efficiency and performance.
Track improvement initiatives and validate their effectiveness over time.
Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership teams to improve overall performance.
Support the development and updating of quality manuals, procedures, and evaluation criteria.
Maintain accurate documentation, quality metrics, trend analyses, and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Analysis, or QA leadership roles (mandatory).
Solid knowledge of quality methodologies (ISO standards, Six Sigma, QA frameworks, or similar).
Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and data analysis tools (mandatory).
Advanced English level (C1) with clear communication and minimal accent (mandatory).
Proven ability to interpret policies, procedures, and evaluation criteria accurately.
Excellent documentation and professional writing skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple evaluations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
