Key responsibilities & impact- Llamadas: Realizar llamadas salientes masivas diariamente para evaluar y reenganchar candidatos.
- Atracción: Buscar cuidadores (HHA, CNA, PCA, acompañantes) en bolsas de trabajo y bases de datos.
- Seguimiento: Programar entrevistas, actualizar el pipeline y realizar seguimientos para reducir inasistencias.
- Administración: Apoyar en la inducción, verificación de antecedentes, referencias y control de registros.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experiencia: 2-3 años en reclutamiento, call center o servicio al cliente de alto volumen.
- Especialización: Experiencia en reclutamiento de atención médica o cuidado en el hogar (home care).
- Idiomas: Inglés hablado fluido, claro y profesional.
- Habilidades: Capacidad para realizar multitareas, persistencia, organización y manejo de la presión.
