Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, or talent acquisition (high-volume recruiting preferred).
- Experience recruiting sales, trades, or service-based roles.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency with Indeed, job boards, and Microsoft Office tools.
