Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and optimize CRM strategies for marketing and sales teams
Design and manage pipelines, lead routing, intake flows, and appointment booking
Build and maintain automations (email, SMS, workflows)
Troubleshoot integrations, data flows, and system issues
Optimize reporting, attribution tracking, and CRM performance
Create and improve SOPs and internal documentation
Communicate directly with clients using a consultative, solutions–oriented approach

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Ops
Strong hands–on experience with HighLevel CRM (or similar platforms)
Solid knowledge of automation, integrations, and technical troubleshooting
Autonomous, analytical, and execution–focused mindset
Advanced English (C1 / 90%) for client–facing communication
