Customer Service Agent, Bilingüe

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Speaking with new potential clients seeking legal representation
- Evaluating the quality of new clients' cases
- Receiving and qualifying new and prospective clients for multiple brands within the law firm
- Communicating with prospective clients by phone, email, and text
- Ensuring all data is entered into the system correctly
- Making follow-up calls to potential clients
- Managing the processes of onboarding new clients
- Answering and assessing incoming potential client calls to determine if they should be signed by the firm or referred to other firms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong communication skills
- Hard working, organized, self-motivated, and patient
- Preference for candidates with production producing background in sales or qualifying customer service attributes
- Some office experience and/or law experience is preferable but not required
