About the role

  • Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all payroll transactions.
  • Understand payroll taxation requirements.
  • Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies correctly.
  • Prepare accurate quarter-end and year-end payroll reports.
  • Provide ad hoc reports to clients.
  • Work with clients across various payroll environments to manage time and attendance, payroll processing, and reporting.
  • Resolve client payroll and system-related questions.
  • Manage client projects.
  • Respond to client calls and inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate payroll activities end-to-end with clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including follow-up, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
