About the role
- Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all payroll transactions.
- Understand payroll taxation requirements.
- Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies correctly.
- Prepare accurate quarter-end and year-end payroll reports.
- Provide ad hoc reports to clients.
- Work with clients across various payroll environments to manage time and attendance, payroll processing, and reporting.
- Resolve client payroll and system-related questions.
- Manage client projects.
- Respond to client calls and inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate payroll activities end-to-end with clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including follow-up, follow-through, and accountability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
