About the role

  • Lead CRM strategy calls to design high‑converting sales, intake, and follow‑up processes.
  • Translate business goals into scalable CRM workflows (pipelines, automations, notifications, calendars).
  • Educate clients on CRM best practices for marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to practice owners and intake teams.
  • Build and optimize CRM systems inside GoHighLevel, including:
  • Pipelines and opportunity stages
  • Automations and workflows
  • Forms, calendars, and lead routing
  • Email/SMS sequences
  • Tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Implement new CRM setups, upgrades, and ongoing optimizations.
  • Perform QA on existing systems to eliminate errors, bottlenecks, and confusion.
  • Ensure CRM builds follow Therapy Flow standards of simplicity and scalability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel CRM (required).
  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations (RevOps), sales systems, or marketing operations.
  • Excellent spoken English (C1+) with native‑level clarity.
  • Proven experience designing:
  • Sales pipelines
  • Lead follow‑up systems
  • Automation logic
  • Intake and booking workflows
  • Strong client‑facing communication and coaching skills.
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
