The Marketing Assistant is responsible for ensuring all marketing campaigns are executed with high quality, accuracy, and timeliness, aligned with the marketing plan objectives.
This role requires a foundational understanding of digital marketing and the organization's key "always-on" channels and tools, including:
Email marketing
Web content updates
Social media
Webinars
CRM/HubSpot

Requirements

Experience working with CMS platforms (preferably WordPress).
Strong understanding of content marketing (social media, blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong team player capable of collaborating with cross‑functional teams to execute campaigns.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
