About the role

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee campaigns across email, social media, SEO, automation, and branded collateral.
  • Ask smart questions to understand brand voice and client pain points (messy books, payroll complexity, etc.).
  • Turn insights into clear, consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Use Instantly + LinkedIn Sales Navigator for segmentation & automation.
  • Ghostwrite two long-form SEO-optimized posts per month.
  • Create and schedule three weekly posts using tools like WeConnect.
  • Use Canva or similar tools to create visuals & short-form videos.
  • Maintain and update website for clarity, consistency, and conversion.
  • Drive qualified, booked discovery calls with ICP-fit SMBs.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards, monthly reporting decks, and real-time tracking (Sheets/Notion).
  • Own campaigns end-to-end and continuously optimize.
  • Work directly with the CEO through weekly alignment touchpoints.
  • Ensure all content meets bookkeeping & payroll compliance standards.
  • Build internal systems for content sourcing and automation.
  • Manage list hygiene and data integrity.
  • Test new tactics, tools, and campaigns to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing, demand gen, content marketing, or outbound/SaaS-style campaigns
  • Proven success running cold email + LinkedIn outreach
  • Excellent writing skills (long-form + persuasive short-form)
  • Strong analytical mindset (KPIs, experiments, iteration)
  • Comfortable with Instantly, WeConnect, Notion & basic editing tools
  • Adaptable, accountable, collaborative, independent
  • High attention to detail
  • Understanding of confidentiality & financial data integrity
  • C1+ English Level
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, etc.)
