About the role

  • Contact insurance companies to verify patient benefits (mainly auto insurance).
  • Collect claim numbers, billing addresses, adjuster details, and benefit info.
  • Complete verification forms accurately within 4–7 days.
  • Handle long hold times professionally (calls may last up to 90 minutes).
  • Use HighLevel Pro (CRM) to communicate with personal injury attorneys.
  • Send messages, schedule Zoom or in-person meetings, and maintain follow-up.
  • Assist in setting up lunches or coffee meetings to strengthen referral relationships.
  • Draft initial narrative reports using templates and patient data.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity for legal and medical documentation.
  • Submit reports in Microsoft Word format for review.
  • Coordinate calendars for meetings and appointments.
  • Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) for client communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in customer service, administrative roles, or sales; medical or legal experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and use CRM tools (HighLevel Pro experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and document formatting.
  • Outgoing, professional personality; able to represent the brand positively.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes.
  • Experience in personal injury or medical office settings.
