About the role
- Serve as the primary contact point for providers and legal partners.
- Manage inquiries and provide quick, effective responses.
- Maintain strong relationships within the legal community.
- Monitor partner satisfaction and follow up.
- Manage tasks and projects using Asana, communicate via Slack, and handle data in HubSpot.
- (Optional) Support sales processes and alliance expansion.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, account coordination, or B2B support.
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with tools: Asana, Slack, HubSpot.
- Knowledge of the legal sector (preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Desired: Experience with Hivebrite and B2B sales.
