About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner sales operations strategy
- Design, implement, and manage scalable processes for partner onboarding and commission payouts
- Establish and maintain a robust reporting and analytics framework for sales operations
- Lead the selection and management of sales tools and technologies
- Serve as a liaison between teams and departments for seamless execution
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales operations team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or advanced degree highly desirable
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on global partner or channel sales
- Expertise with CRM and PRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
