About the role

  • Plan and execute event infrastructure (rooms, auditoriums, studios, coworking spaces, trade shows, etc.).
  • Ensure appropriate technical conditions (sound, Wi-Fi, projectors, lighting, space layout).
  • Manage vendors (catering, audiovisual, setup, cleaning, giveaways).
  • Create and maintain checklists for setup, teardown, and execution.
  • Oversee budgets for events under your responsibility.
  • Map and design the participant journey before, during, and after the event.
  • Select and organize giveaways, materials, and supports (kits, handouts, QR codes, communications).
  • Ensure comfort, accessibility, and quality of experience (climate control, visibility, signage, coffee breaks).
  • Support environmental design and visual communication to reinforce the brand's presence on-site.
  • Create and implement sponsorship and co-funding strategies for events.
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close financial partnerships with sponsors.
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Account Managers to align events with commercial goals.
  • Define event positioning according to target audience and company solutions.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Design to create event materials and identity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event organization, marketing, or related areas.
  • Experience with vendors, budgets, and contracts.
  • Hands-on, organized profile with attention to detail and a big-picture perspective.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and ability to resolve problems in real time.
  • Preferable: experience negotiating and selling sponsorships.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Experience organizing executive events, such as lunches and breakfasts with C-level attendees.
