About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and identify ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active talent using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, databases, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Leverage market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives through online engagement and professional communities.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve sourcing tools, processes, and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in talent sourcing, from in-house, agency or RPO models, with end-to-end experience.
- Experience in recruiting across Product, Tech and Business.
- The ability to pivot and adapt your ways of working to achieve the best outcome, in the quickest possible time!
- You have a proven track record of building pipelines for both ‘active’ and ‘passive’ candidates; building a rapport throughout and ultimately closing offers!
- You feel comfortable in the start-up environment, with a Global footprint and a very diverse team.
- Data analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to measure the impact of the hiring initiatives.
- Tools affinity, keeping our ATS updated, and data accurate.
- You are fluent in English and Portuguese, both verbally and in writing.
