About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be a people leader and help drive and motivate other Technical Product Managers and Integrations Analysts to success
- Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities
- Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players)
- Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers
- Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions
- Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting, etc.)
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C-level)
- Prioritise the roadmap effectively
- Guide more junior colleagues in delivering the right products
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years or more of professional experience in Technical projects
- Hands-on experience with the technical side of the product (API / Data products)
- Strong stakeholder experience with the ability to influence without direct authority (including C-level executives)
- Good at context switching whilst showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities
- Experience working with complex products (advantage)
- Good management skills (product, process, project, people management)
- Experience working within cross-functional teams
- Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related studies
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous leadership experience
- Transportation industry standards (nice to have)
