About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification
- Leverage market research and competitive intelligence
- Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve sourcing tools and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in talent sourcing, from in-house, agency or RPO models
- Experience in recruiting across Product, Tech and Business
- Innovative, and outside of the box thinker
- Proven track record of building pipelines
- Curious mindset and interest in research
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, both verbally and in writing.
