Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification
  • Leverage market research and competitive intelligence
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve sourcing tools and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in talent sourcing, from in-house, agency or RPO models
  • Experience in recruiting across Product, Tech and Business
  • Innovative, and outside of the box thinker
  • Proven track record of building pipelines
  • Curious mindset and interest in research
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, both verbally and in writing.
