About the role
- Operational Ownership: Take full ownership of high-level monitoring for the company’s operations.
- Incident Management & Resolution: Lead the management of escalations and incidents.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Conduct in-depth technical investigations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analysis to validate hypotheses.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Support and lead strategic and operational projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement key improvements in products and tech systems.
- Tool & Process Development: Work with the operations team to build and refine tools and processes.
- Effective Communication: Manage internal and external communication for issue resolution.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in similar roles in 2nd and 3rd level Technical support, IT Analyst, Monitoring roles, etc.
- Able to successfully detect root cause of incidents and provide analysis of the solution design
- Product-oriented mindset with long-term risk prevention and mitigation strategies
- Comfortable with investigating complex SQL queries and relational databases
- Ability to develop strategies to predict, prevent, and address technical and operational bottlenecks
- Experience with Jira and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic is a plus
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve incoming technical issues
- Fluent in English
