About the role
- Initiate and qualify prospects and leads
- Proactively mine our CRM to identify companies that would benefit from our services
- Conduct outbound outreach to our target ICP
- Maintain accurate daily updates in our Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Spark conversations, nurture warm connections, and convert them into opportunities
Requirements
- 1-2+ years experience in a BDR role
- 1+ years experience preferred working in Hubspot
- Experience with social tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Agency experience preferred
- Professional written and verbal communication experience (will be communicating with Owners, Marketing Directors and C-suite executives on a daily basis)
- Ability to listen, think quickly and respond to potential clients
- Desire to learn online marketing a must
- Proven record as a top performer in a sales oriented role
- Computer proficiency is a must
