Either have finished a technical education or have similar skill as a new grad from alternative sources of experience and knowledge.

Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JS.
Interested in modern web development landscape, both frontend and backend.
Comfortable with SQL.
Modern Web tooling knowledge.
React Experience.
Unit (Jest/Vitest) and integration (Playwright) testing of websites and APIs.
A willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn and try again.
A passion for learning new disciplines and gaining a deep understanding of how others on the team do their work.
