About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain user access controls, including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy
Build and optimize Salesforce automation using Flow Builder, workflow rules, and approval processes
Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues and system challenges
Manage and maintain Salesforce data integrity, including imports, exports, and data quality initiatives
Support integrations and data feeds between Salesforce and external systems
Test and validate system enhancements in sandbox and production environments
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Demonstrated experience managing user permissions, profiles, roles, and permission sets
Proven experience building Salesforce automation using Flow Builder (required)
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and best practices
Experience with data management (imports, exports, deduplication, data quality)
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or actively working toward certification
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
