About the role
- Upload, edit, and manage product listings, blogs, web pages, images, and metadata across all digital platforms
- Maintain accurate inventory visibility by tagging, archiving, and refreshing trip, lodge, and product pages
- Collaborate with the Product team to publish new packages, promotions, and campaigns
- Manage website CMS platforms and coordinate with designers and developers to update and refine templates
- Ensure all website content adheres to SEO best practices
- Conduct regular QA checks to identify and resolve broken links, incorrect pricing, or outdated copy
- Support the implementation of tagging systems that map product inventory to user preferences and fit
- Support analytics tagging for performance tracking, reporting, and testing
- Organise and maintain digital asset libraries (images, videos, copy blocks, templates) for use across marketing teams
- Ensure all assets are accurately tagged (e.g., by destination, persona, or journey phase) and stored in a logically structured, accessible format
- Oversee version control and the removal or updating of outdated materials
- Manage the website issues channel by addressing reported inaccuracies and directing tasks to the appropriate teams
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, UX, and Development teams to maintain accurate, engaging, and SEO-aligned web content
- Share updates, insights, and learnings with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in website content administration, digital publishing or similar roles.
- Experience with CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders.
- Bonus: familiarity with travel products, especially luxury or safari.
