Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers
Deliver a delightful experience for end users
Motivated to help your team members succeed
Experience growing engineers
Ability to overcome obstacles and resolve blockers
