About the role
- Responsible for driving DISCO’s product strategy and vision, working closely with the Chief Product Officer and senior product leaders
- Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company business objectives
- Guide the development and growth of product offerings to achieve market leadership
- Develop and communicate product strategy informed by market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Provide visionary leadership to identify new product opportunities and drive innovation
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, design, marketing, and other teams for execution
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and assess competitive landscape
- Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive improvement
- Provide thought leadership and communicate product differentiation to senior audiences
- Support go-to-market efforts and engage with customers and key accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 12-15+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth
- Experience creating comprehensive and complete synthesis of market trends, company innovation, and public audiences
- Experience in managing and leading high-performing product teams
- Experience in a leadership role within a technology or software company
- Experience in developing product strategies for complex and innovative products
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable product insights
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and technology trends (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (preferred)
