About the role

  • Responsible for driving DISCO’s product strategy and vision, working closely with the Chief Product Officer and senior product leaders
  • Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company business objectives
  • Guide the development and growth of product offerings to achieve market leadership
  • Develop and communicate product strategy informed by market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Provide visionary leadership to identify new product opportunities and drive innovation
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineering, design, marketing, and other teams for execution
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and assess competitive landscape
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive improvement
  • Provide thought leadership and communicate product differentiation to senior audiences
  • Support go-to-market efforts and engage with customers and key accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 12-15+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth
  • Experience creating comprehensive and complete synthesis of market trends, company innovation, and public audiences
  • Experience in managing and leading high-performing product teams
  • Experience in a leadership role within a technology or software company
  • Experience in developing product strategies for complex and innovative products
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable product insights
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and technology trends (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (preferred)
