About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as a moderator and/or producer for webinars and virtual conferences
Executes annual content reviews and curriculum updates
Authors or sources additional content for assigned projects
Assists in content review for DMEC publications and webinars
Participates in testing and quality assurance for pulse surveys
Serves as the primary point of contact for learner questions
Assists with the development and implementation of DMEC’s training courses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have expert knowledge of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player
Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills
Must have excellent communication and written skills
Bachelor's degree (human resources or related field preferred)
5+ years of experience in the development and/or administration of absence management programs
