About the role
- Establish and build long-term relationships with DISA clientele and prospective buyers.
- Understand and assess customers' business objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close new business deals.
- Meet with prospective clients to present DISA services, outlining costs and competitive advantages.
- Provide detailed account planning, sales forecasting, and effective communication with the internal team and customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services.
- Represent DISA at industry trade shows and networking events to promote service offerings.
- Educate prospects and clients on DISA's comprehensive range of services and products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year B2B sales experience with a consultative sales approach required.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- A true hunter mentality when identifying, developing, and signing new business is critical.
- Highly self-motivated and target driven.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
