About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in architectural systems, interior construction, prefabrication, engineering, or technical sales environments.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating complex project opportunities, solution feasibility, and execution risk.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments that include sales, engineering, estimating, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of construction project delivery models, including scope development, project sequencing, and installation approaches.
  • Ability to evaluate technical feasibility, operational fit, and margin implications of potential projects.
  • Familiarity with estimating, costing, and margin management principles.
  • Ability to identify execution risks and construction scope gaps early in the pursuit process.
