About the role

  • Identify and prioritize channel opportunities aligned with company business objectives.
  • Own end-to-end partner marketing strategy for demand generation and revenue growth in key third-party distribution channels.
  • Customize all programs to distinct channel audiences to ensure impact.
  • Devise strategic marketing assets and sales tools that empower our distributors to effectively promote and sell our products/services.
  • Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer pain points, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in targeted verticals and regions.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for channel partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration on goals, metrics, and campaigns.
  • Monitor the success of marketing initiatives, analyzing key metrics (ROI, lead generation, conversion rates) and optimizing campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver regular, executive-level reporting to senior leadership with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous program enhancement.
  • Identify top-performing tactics and share best practices to continuously improve channel engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with other internal channel partner resources on initiatives such as stakeholder communication, onboarding, or training, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior-level partner or channel marketing leadership role, demonstrating significant impact.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, including distribution, reseller, and strategic partner ecosystems.
  • Exceptional track record of designing, leading, and executing channel marketing strategies that consistently drive significant demand, accelerate pipeline, and directly contribute to substantial revenue growth.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize marketing performance.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead strategy as well as hands-on execution experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building materials is a plus.
